Choose your specialities for your regions and define your availability.

No administration

All your invoices are generated automatically.

Trust guarantee

Ajusto acts as an intermediary with customers, helping you with estimates, invoices and any disputes that may arise.

The Pro's commitments to the customer and Ajusto

Keep your availability up to date

The Pro commits to keep his availability up to date in the ProApp. By default, they are considered to be available for the regions and services for which they have requested Ajusto missions.

Respect the 2-hour time slot

The Pro commits to arrive during the 2-hour time slot for the mission that he has accepted on his Pro App. If, for an imperative reason, the Pro is unable to keep the appointment, the Pro commits to inform the customer and Ajusto as soon as possible.

Get a signed estimate before starting the work

The Pro systematically commits to provide the customer with a detailed estimate prior to any work being carried out using the ProApp (or by e-mail in the case of a complex estimate) and to receive the customer's acceptance (by signature in the ProApp or by e-mail) before starting the work.

Keep Ajusto informed about missions

The Pro systematically informs Ajusto by phone or e-mail of the customer's feedback in the event of dissatisfaction, cancellation of the appointment or payment of an invoice, etc. If the customer is unsatisfied, the Pro undertakes to return to the customer to complete and/or correct the work, free of charge, if necessary.

Respect and safety above all

The Pro commits to represent Ajusto during his interventions. They are identifiable, punctual, polite, careful and respectful. He commits to offer the best possible service in order to obtain a good evaluation from the customer and thus increase his reputation and position in the algorithm. He respects the security rules applicable to him and to the customer.

Get digital payment on site

The Pro commits to collect the digital payment on site at the end of the intervention by accompanying the customer in this process. No cash payment will be accepted, even in the case of a deposit.

Determine your geographical area

The Pro commits to clearly define the geographical area in which he will carry out his missions. Ideally, he will only accept missions in his own language, within his own geographical area, and for which he has all the skills required to carry them out properly.

Respect Ajusto prices

The Pro commits to respect the hourly rates as well as the entire pricing grid as set out in Ajusto's services.

The Pro App

The Pro Ajusto application or Pro App is available free of charge from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

It's not always easy at first to find your way around the "Pro App", the application provided by Ajusto to help you manage and invoice your missions. We have created some short videos to explain how the application works:

1. First steps

2. Get missions

3. Realise an estimate

4. Generate an invoice

5. What to do if - Tips and tricks

Calculate the Ajusto commission

How much will I win on this mission? What percentage will Ajusto take from the final invoice?

Here's a simple tool to answer your questions. Enter the amount of your estimate in the table and it will calculate the commission percentage and the euros for you.

Ajusto prices

Our estimates are free of charge and must always be presented to customers for approval before any work is carried out.

We ask you to respect the hourly rates:

  • 119€ for the first hour

  • 149€ for any work planned and carried out on the same day, the following day, Saturday or after 6 p.m.

  • 60€ for the following hours

  • Possibility of invoicing per half-hour

  • 50€ flat-rate fee if the appointment is cancelled within 4 working hours or if the customer is not present when the Pro arrives during the time slot.

  • 50€ for repairs or diagnostics if the estimate is refused on site.

  • A prepayment can be requested from 500€ excluding VAT.

Also check the rates for our fixed-price packs.

Security first

Your safety and and the safety of your customers is our priority. Please respect the safety rules in place in your sector (safety shoes, professional equipment, gloves, etc.) as well as the sanitary measures necessary to protect yourself and the customer (mask, disinfection).

Reminder of safety rules

  • Compliance with current safety standards (CERGA, RGIE, etc.)

  • Systematic use of appropriate collective and individual protective equipment for the work to be carried out (gloves, safety goggles, safety shoes, helmet, harness, etc.).

  • If working on electrical equipment: always switch off the power supply beforehand

  • Never work in a dangerous situation (smell of gas, faulty chimney, electricity + water leak, etc.)

Always carry out a Last Minute Risk Analysis (LMRA) before starting work (STOP, THINK, DO)

  • STOP: assess the risks and hazards present

  • THINK: assess the appropriate measures to eliminate or reduce the risks

  • DO: Carry out risk reduction measures

home assistance

Intervention for a Home Assistance partner

We are relying on you to apply the principles to be respected for any intervention with a Home Assistance partner:

  • The insurance coverage provided by an insurance partner covers only the emergency service (labour, travel and small parts). For final repairs not covered by this contract, the usual Ajusto procedures apply (signed estimate, invoice and payment by the customer on site).

  • In the absence of a more specific estimate justifying additional extra costs (hours, equipment), a Home Assistance intervention is invoiced at €149 including VAT. This includes travel costs and the first hour of work/diagnosis.

  • The amount covered by the insurance is automatically deducted from the estimate amount (excluding VAT) by the Ajusto system when you generate your first invoice in the ProApp.

  • Any additional amount is invoiced to the customer and must be collected on site as for any other Ajusto mission.

  • Services and spare parts that are of a definitive repair kind must be the object of a specific estimate (validated by the customer) and subsequent invoice.

Golden rules for a good boiler maintenance according to Ajusto

  1. Good boiler maintenance takes at least 45 minutes for gas and 1 hour 15 minutes for oil. Here are Ajusto's golden rules for good boiler maintenance.

  2. On the day of the maintenance, the customer is informed by the technician that he is on his way.

  3. On site, the maintenance starts by checking the type of boiler (as well as its technical manuals).

  4. Before touching the boiler, the technician will ask the customer to start the boiler (heating AND DHW), to make sure it is working. If it is not, it will need to be repaired first.

  5. The technician takes the first combustion test on the boiler in sweeping mode.

  6. Once the combustion measurements have been taken, the technician switches off the power at the box or fuse and the gas (or oil) supply.

  7. The technician dismantles the burner to clean the heating element. The grooves are cleaned using a brush and hoover, and a "knife" for fine grooves (for fuel oil: brushes suitable for soot are used).

  8. The burner is then dismantled to be cleaned and vacuumed with compressed air if necessary. For gas boilers: the technician checks the condition of the electrodes, the ionisation probe and the thermal protection (refractory plate). If they are not in good condition, they are replaced with the boiler maintenance kit. For oil boilers, replace the nozzle and, if necessary, the pre-filter. The pump filter is also cleaned.

  9. Once the burner and heating element have been cleaned, the technician will replace the burner section. The boiler gasket is replaced with a new one if its condition warrants it (damaged).

  10. The fan and air intake duct are vacuumed and cleaned of dust.

  11. The technician then checks the condensate pipe and drains the syphon. Once cleaned, the condensate trap is filled to half its capacity to prevent combustion gases escaping into the room.

  12. Turn on the gas and electricity and check for gas leaks using a sniffer (or soap).

  13. Start the boiler in sweep mode and check the gas pressure. The technician repeated the combustion test at full load.

  14. Everything is checked and a final test is carried out, but in the presence of the customer: we call the customer to go over everything that has been checked in front of the boiler and we take the time to answer any questions and explain things.

  15. Finally, the customer signs the certificate on the tablet and receives it by email. Our technicians ALWAYS check before leaving that the customer has received his official certificate. They are also required to walk through the process with the customer if necessary.

  16. During the maintenance process, the technician takes before-and-after photos of the components he is cleaning (heating element, condensate syphon) as well as the boiler nameplate.

Everything went very well: the heating engineers arrived on time, worked well and were very pleasant. One small point that could be improved: receiving the estimate before starting the work.
