General

Ajusto is a digital platform where offer and demand meet. With Ajusto, you can quickly and easily find the right Pro for all your repairs, installations or maintenance in and around your home. We only work with reliable and qualified specialists.

We like to help people who need home repairs, installation or maintenance. Especially as these are often things that you can't solve yourself, but that need to be done by a recognised specialist. And that's not all: the market is also changing. So we're changing with it. And we're doing it by offering even more help in Belgium. And above all, convenience. With this in mind, we have developed a digital platform offering services to help you. It's called Ajusto!

  1. Choose your service and book online: you want to have something repaired, replaced, installed or maintained in your home. Make an appointment directly with our specialist whenever you like.

  2. Our specialist comes to your home: our qualified specialist arrives on the day and at the time you have chosen and carries out the work once the estimate has been accepted.

  3. You pay afterwards: once the work has been completed, you'll receive an invoice by email with a link to pay directly online. A deposit may be requested by the Pro for larger jobs.

  4. Rate us: let us know what you think of the specialist and of us so that we can continue to improve our service.

  • We only work with the best local Pros.

  • You make an appointment at a time that suits you best. That means evenings and weekends too.

  • We offer you a service guarantee. Our Pro will do everything they can to solve the problem. Is there still a problem? We'll make sure it's solved.

The Pro is responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out correctly. If you are not satisfied with the end result, please inform the specialist immediately. The Pro can then solve the problem for you immediately. You can also notify us by email within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. In this case, we will send another Pro to resolve the problem.

Booking

You can book a Pro from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Our customer service team is available by phone Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday from 9am to 12pm.

Yes, you can book online 24 hours a day. We automatically send your request to the Pro in your area. Even if we're closed, the Pro can answer your request and confirm the appointment. Of course, this will be quicker during opening hours, because we'll see your request coming in and can follow it up.

It is of course convenient for you to have the Pro visit you at a time that suits you best. That's why our Pros work until 8pm every day and at weekends. In the evening, after 6 p.m., and at weekends, the Pros have to find a slot in their agenda to be able to help you quickly. This is why you pay a surcharge in addition to the daytime prices charged during the week. When you book the Pro, you choose the day and time that suits you best. You will then immediately see the hourly rate you have to pay.

Travel costs are included in the first hour of work. This is why you will notice a difference in rates between the first hour and the following hours.

We offer same-day availability, 4 hours after the time of your reservation.

Yes, once you have made an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with your request. This email contains a link to cancel or change the appointment at any time.

Have you changed your mind and want to cancel the appointment? If you no longer wish to use our services but have not notified us of this within 4 working hours of the start of the booked time slot, or if the professional arrives at your home during the booked time slot and there is no-one there, the specialist may charge you a travel indemnity fee.

Payment

This enables us to cover the Pro's travel costs, his diagnostic and the work carried out.

We give as much information as possible about the price when you book. The rate also depends on the day and time of day you want the work to be done. In the evening and at weekends, we charge a higher rate. In all cases, the Pro will provide you with a free, accurate estimate before starting the work.

Travel costs are included in the first hour of work. This is why you will notice a difference in rates between the first hour and the following hours.

You only pay once the work has been completed directly on the mobile Ajusto Pro Application through a secured QR Code. You will also receive an invoice by email with a secure link to pay directly online. A deposit may be requested by the Pro for larger jobs.

Payment is 100% digital, on our secure Ajusto platform. You will receive an invoice by email with a link to pay directly online. You can choose between Maestro and Bancontact. Keep your homebanking terminal and your bank card to hand and pay easily online.

You can also pay by QR code on the specialist Ajusto Pro mobile application.

It is always the person who orders the service and signs the estimate who is responsible for paying the bill. You can ask your landlord to make an appointment or you can make the appointment yourself and ask them to reimburse you. Please note that when you make an appointment, you can specify a billing address that is different from the address where the work is to be carried out.

Our Pros are all qualified professionals. The Pros are not employed by us, but are part of the Ajusto network. We know the qualities of each Pro and know which jobs we can use them for. In this way, we can guarantee quality and match the right Pro to your job.

The Pro is responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out correctly. If you are not satisfied with the end result, please inform the Pro immediately. The Pro can then solve the problem for you immediately. You can also notify us by email within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. In this case, if justified, we will send another Pro to resolve the problem.
