We'll do our best to send you a professional as soon as possible. Based on the €149 breakdown assistance package, he commits to coming to your home quickly, carrying out a diagnosis and, if possible, repairing your boiler. To do this, he may need to order a part and extra hours of work. In this case, he will add the price of the parts and the hours needed to carry out the repair to his estimate.
I want to maintain my gas boiler
Nothing could be simpler. You pay the fixed price mentioned on the website, i.e. €169 for the travel, maintenance and periodic inspection, which will be carried out on the date booked via our website or at another time agreed with the service provider.
I'd like to install some electrical sockets
There's nothing urgent about this, and the total cost of the service will depend on your installation. The Ajusto electrician will therefore first estimate the work during the 1st appointment on site and will draw up a free estimate for your approval before carrying out the work. This estimate will include the first hour's work at €119, any additional hours at €60, and the cost of the equipment needed to carry out the work.
Payment
Payment is 100% digital, on our secure platform. A method that's both simple and secure.
Payment is always made on site, once the work has been completed. So you don't have to pay anything before the work is done (unless you have a specific agreement with the specialist as a deposit for larger jobs).
The Pro will ask you to scan the QR code corresponding to your invoice with your smartphone, and you will automatically be redirected to the banking application of your choice. Having trouble paying with your smartphone? No problem at all. Just follow the link on your invoice, which you will have received as an email attachment, to pay via your PC Banking.

Transparent prices
Our prices include 6% VAT. A VAT rate of 21% is applied for homes less than 10 years old and for certain services (household appliances, certifications, diagnostics, etc.) in accordance with legal regulations.
For emergency repairs or diagnosis or defective household appliances, a flat-rate charge of €50 for travel and diagnostic work may be applied by the professional if the estimate is refused on site.
A prepayment may be requested by the Pro for work over €500 excluding VAT.
